Meditation Tips: Meditate Daily for 12 Minutes!
We’ve all heard that meditation is good for us health wise.
There are many studies on the benefits of meditation, but the results of this one might make you actually want to actually do it.

In a study published by the National Center for Biotechnology Information, 12 minutes of meditation per day for 8 weeks was shown to have the following meditation benefits:
- lowered depression
- increased mental health
- improved cognitive functioning, and
- slowed down stress induced aging
Now, that’s good enough reason to do daily meditation, knowing why it’s definitely good for you!

Do it daily for 8 weeks, at least 12 minutes per session.
