1 head broccoli chopped (cut florets into bite sized pieces)
1 handful of grape tomatoes, halved and/or 1/2 red pepper, cut into slivers
1/2 red onion, chopped
1 can chic peas, drained
2/3 cup good quality Flax or Olive oil
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 Tbsp onion flakes
1 Tbsp pure maple syrup
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
