Ingredients:
2 Tablespoons chopped parsley (fresh)
2 Tablespoons chopped chives (fresh)
2 Tablespoons walnuts
1/2 cup blue cheese (crumbled)
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese
Dash of sea salt
Directions:
1. Combine parsley, chives, walnuts, and salt in a food processor until finely chopped and combined.
2. Add blue cheese and combine briefly.
3. Add cream cheese and blend until fully blended.
**This spread gets even tastier after sitting for 12-24 hours, so it’s a wonderful dip to make ahead of time. You can store this blue cheese spread for up to 3 days in the fridge!
